Being a sensitive issue you need to be very specific when putting some complaints especially against your boss. The best way is that you start writing each event serial wise, make it sure that you have enough material to substantiate your stance. Avoid un-necessary wordings which the opponent party might use against you. The best way is be precise, too the point and write only those things which you can prove with evidence. Not more than one page or so.
