ok what if you think he didnt kill his family please tell me why. I tried to come up with some reasons and here they are...

1. In a text message sent by Chris Benoit on June 24th at 3:53 a.m. he says, “The dogs are in the enclosed pool area.” However, it was reported when Fayetteville Police arrived to the house, the dogs were loose. Who let the dogs lose from the enclosed pool area?

2.On wikipedia.org somebody from Stamford, Connecticut (where WWE Headquarters is located) posted on Chris Benoit’s page, mentioning the reason of why Benoit missed the live event of that evening was “stemming from the death of his wife Nancy.” This post was made several hours before the bodies of Chris, Nancy, and son Daniel were found by the police. Obviously Chris could not have updated this, because he was not in Connecticut, so who was it that knew?

hold on i'll add the rest in a second....

Additional Details

When autopsies were completed and the Fayetteville Police had the press conference about the suspected murder-suicide, they stated that Benoit had smothered his son (possibly with a pillow.) However, most news stations are now reporting that he killed his son using a choke-hold. First of all, I thought this was a joke at first. A CHOKEHOLD? How do they go from smothering him, to a chokehold. Just because he is a wrestler? I found this hard to believe.

Chris called into the WWE saying that his son, Daniel, and his wife, Nancy, were sick and throwing up blood. He also told a co-worker that he was good friends with (according to WWE.com.) Why would Chris Benoit lie about this to a good friend and the WWE? Wouldn’t he have told these people the truth about what he had done, if he did kill his wife and son (especially the one he was good friends with.) And if he did tell them, why didn’t they go to the police sooner?

wait theres more....

When Eddie Guerrero died, he was supposed to become the WWE Champion the next day. Eddie Guerrero also died when he was in Houston, Texas. His death was blamed on the use of drugs, causing a heart attack. When Chris Benoit died, he was supposed to become the ECW Champion the next day. Chris Benoit also died when he was supposed to be going to Houston, Texas for a WWE Pay-Per-View. His death was blamed on the use of Steroids(drugs), causing him to get “roid-rage.” Both Eddie and Chris left WCW in 1999 together. They were also good friends, and both part of “the radicals.” Is this just all a big coincidence? If so, that is a HUGE coincidence.

Everybody close to Chris has said that he loved and worshiped his son more than anything. Why would Chris kill his son? It doesn’t make sense. There is no motive. The Fayetteville Police also made the murder-suicide theory very, very quickly. Why did they automatically assume Chris was the killer?

theres still more...

IF the murders were from “Roid Rage” like most news stations are saying it was, why did Chris place Bibles next to their bodies? Placing the Bibles next to the bodies shows that it was not an act of rage. And if Chris had just “snapped” and went crazy, I doubt he would have placed Bibles next to the bodies.

Couldn’t have Chris came home to find their bodies and decided not to call the police because they would blame him for the murders, so he placed the bibles next to their bodies and killed himself, so he didn’t have to live without them, because he loved them so much. And he texted his friends/co-workers his address so they would find his wife, his son, and his own bodies?

You've got some points BUT...
Nobody can tell us what really happened this tragic weekend..except form God,Chris,Nancy & Daniel..
I read your whole writing text and i agree in some and i disagree in others..
I agree in the part tha it wasn't a 'roid rage'..cause as far as i know that would effect a wrestler for some minutes and nothing more.If Chris was on rage then he should have killed his family in minutes..and not partially(Nancy on Friday,Daniel Saturday,Himself Sunday)..
I can't see any motive for the actions!
You have really made a good observation on the things you said about Houston and Eddie..i have never thought of these facts!!
I disagree of what you said for the text messages cause what Benoit should have said to the co-worker(possibly Chavo Guerrero) 'I have just killed my wife&son!'?
But the most dynamic and more near to the truth scenario in my eyes is that Benoit had a bad brain condition(that proved after tests in Chris's brain) and he was not able to control himself or something like that!
If he did it in that way ,i can tell you for sure that his brain wasn't able to tell to Chavo that he has done that!
Anyways,,in this life,we really can't explain it all!One thing i have to say..
R.I.P Benoit family and my condolences(again) to the entire family...

The valid ruling replaced right into a double homicide suicide, it would not necassarily skill it extremely is genuine, yet particularly some information factors to according to hazard it replaced into Chris. The post-mortem checklist says that Chris Benoit had the ideas of an 80 5 365 days outdated guy with alczheimers ailment. Please excuse my spelling. Do you rather think of that somebody with this way of broken ideas isn't suicidal even homicidal? yet.... right here is the information against the region. He appeared completely established some weeks earlier. rapidly he calls out of the ppv he replaced into assume to accomplish in because of the fact of "own subject concerns" now what do you think of got here approximately there. Now... The Bible incident..... Benoit replaced right into a born returned Christian earlier he died. Dont you detect it suspicious that the Bible's have been next to each lifeless physique. This sounds like a properly concept out set up. Too many unanswered inquiries to get the excellent tale and could stay like that until eventually extra information comes. humorous component is that i replaced into in Georgia that comparable suitable week and replaced into close to the community Chris Benoit lives in. Kinda spooky yet to get returned on difficulty, the excellent tale isn't popular regardless of the textual content fabric messages sent to 3 different human beings

He killed them. Your not exactly a private investigator reading a bunch of blogs. Half of your information about the wikipedia.org edit, and some of the relevant information has holes in it.

Studies were done on Chris Benoit's brain that concluded that he had Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, a type of brain damage. CTE can cause depression, dementia, and cause althletes with repeated head injuries to commit suicide. Chris Benoit’s brain, was consistent with the previous examinations of athletes who suffered from repeated head traumas.

To say he committed suicide for anything but this brain damage is just specualtion on your part.

I love the enthusiasm and i love that you are defending one of my favorite wrestlers of all time, but it just is not true.

Consider this: He has roid rage, snaps, and kills his wife and son. Later, when he calms down he realizes what he has done, and like u said he loved his family and so he put the bibles next to them and killed himself, whie he was not under the influence of roid rage.

They assumed chris was the killer because he had the ability to commit the murders, placed bibles next to their bodies and killed himself. the police had no other leads and it seemed obvious. nobody had a motive to kill the benoits.

of course their is no motive, it was roid rage.

Above all else, this is proven by the abnormally high levels of testosterone in his body when he died, typical of steroids.

thats a really good point and I actually thought about it but think about it this way they said Chris wasn't right in the head and he was good friends with eddie so Chris planned to kill them when he knew he was going to houston and was going to get the title and as for the dogs maybe danial let them out and maybe Chris was sane and just tired of living and wanted to bring his family with him but I still think he murdered them

Who knows. The bigger question is why did he send the message in the first place? Clearly, he wanted someone to come and check on the dogs. Why would he want someone to do that if he was planning on himself or Nancy being home and well?

2.On wikipedia.org somebody from Stamford, Connecticut (where WWE Headquarters is located) posted on Chris Benoit’s page, mentioning the reason of why Benoit missed the live event of that evening was “stemming from the death of his wife Nancy.” This post was made several hours before the bodies of Chris, Nancy, and son Daniel were found by the police. Obviously Chris could not have updated this, because he was not in Connecticut, so who was it that knew?

Because of the way the internet and that particular Wikipedia tool works, the IP address being based in Stamford means nothing. The person who posted it came forward a few days later and claimed he was simply posting a rumor he had read elsewhere on the net as an explanation as to why Benoit had missed a show (I tihnk it was specifically the Sunday Pay-per-view, but I might be wrong about when the post went up and it was refering to the Saturday house show). The story of Nancy dying is a reasonable result from the rumor mill, given Chris's story about coughing up blood.

Miscommunication in the police, most likely. If you were an officer, and was told by another investigator that someone was killed by asphyxiation at their own bed (which is true), what method would you think was used? By putting a pillow over their face. Someone just left out the details and someone else filled them in incorrectly.

He most certainly wouldn't tell them, since he hadn't done anything yet. He gave that story to WWE on Saturday afternoon in order to go home before the house show that day. He still hadn't gotten home and done anything yet. Also, the coughing up blood story is really odd. If you are doing that, who do you call first: your husband who is out of town on business or 911? And if she did call him to tell him that, wouldn't his first reaction logically be to tell her to call 911? Yet no 911 call ever happened, and they never went to the emergency room.

Yes, because we all know friends never do anything together, and travelling to Houston is hazardous to your health *rolls eyes*

Everybody close to Chris has said that he loved and worshiped his son more than anything. Why would Chris kill his son? It doesn’t make sense. There is no motive. The Fayetteville Police also made the murder-suicide theory very, very quickly. Why did they automatically assume Chris was the killer?

I'll get into my motive ideas at the end. As for the conclusion of murder-suicide, the way Chris died, particularly with someone as strong as he was, would have required at least 2 people to hold him and one big or two normal people to wrap him up. But there were no signs of forced entry at the house and no signs of a struggle around Chris. He did that himself. If the chokehold thing is true, it would point even more to him. He didn't call police to report that his family had been killed (which normal people would do if they came home and found that scene) And the murders were spread out way too much for outsiders to have done (Nancy Saturday night, David Sunday morning, and Chris somewhere between 12-24 hours after that). Someone who broke in would have worked much more quickly.

This will also be in my explanation.

But why would they blame him if he had just gotten home and found them dead? The police would be able to check when Chris's plane got in, estimate how long it would have taken him to get home, and (particularly if called promptly) estimate the times of death fairly accurately from the conditions of the bodies. Also, generally people are too in shock right when a close friend or family member dies in order to really get depressed about it. Depression comes after you get through the denial, which typically takes days to weeks. It's unlikely he would have even thought of killing himself at that point. And there's still the problem that Nancy and David died about 8 hours apart. What person would break into someone house with multiple people home, kill one of them, then hang around for about 8 hours to kill the other one? Do you realize how risky it would be that someone would come by or see something strange through a window?

My theory: He felt the need to go home and have a long talk with Nancy about something. Maybe they'd been having marital problems. Who knows. But he felt the need to get home, and made up a story he knew the WWE would see as a big enough deal to let him go. He gets home, and Nancy not there, so he starts drinking to take the edge of his anxiety about the upcoming talk (Police said they found roughly a dozen empty beer cans in the trash can in the living room). She comes home, and the talk becomes a fight. He completely loses it and kills her.

After a while he comes back to his senses (no longer in a rage), and feels horrible about what he's done. He starts thinking about what this means, both for him and for his son. He knows he's going to prison for a long time; there's no way around that. This means David will be without parents. He then concludes (maybe because he's not thinking straight, maybe because of David having FragileX syndrome like some reports said and other refuted) that there are fates worse than death, and for David, getting bounced from foster home to foster home is one of them. After several hours debating this, he steels himself up and kills David, believing he is doing what is best for the kid. He then places the Bibles, as a sort of apology to them.

At this point, prison is not an option. There are a lot of bad guys in prison, but even they tend to have soft spots for children. Child rapists tend to get killed in prison while guards look away. How would they be any more lenient to someone who killed their own child son?
