Everyone is so quick to count Kentucky out of it, they only have 1 conference loss. I don't think they have the power to win the East, but if they regain some fire, they can sure make some noise.
Florida still has Kentucky and South Carolina on their schedule to play. Florida will probably lose one of those games because both UK and USC have strong pressure defenses and they can put some pressure on Tebow.
South Carolina has got to be the front runner right now, They still have Tennessee in Knoxville and Florida at home so it's gonna be interesting to see how they will do against both of those teams.
After that TN game, Georgia is done. Sorry, but it's the truth.
So, it's going to be between South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee. Vols lose one more, and they are done. It's been a very long time since the SEC East winner has had 2 conference losses.

Before the season began I picked the Gamecocks to take the SEC East. I listened to the sports analysts say that the Old Ball Coach could not win a SEC championship at South Carolina. I thought they must be nuts because kids (especially on offense) will come to South Carolina with Spurrier there. The funny thing is the defense is carrying this team which spells trouble for opposing SEC teams in the future. So, I am staying with my Gamecocks. They will beat Florida but not LSU.

The SEC is once agian going to be the toughest conference in the Nation. I could see FL and GA both going into the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party unbeaten. Georgia gets the win and comes out of the East. I see LSU coming out of the West with 2 loses to the Dawgs and Gators. GA rolls in the SEC Championship and go on to win the National Championship. I don't like USC but I hope GA plays them in National Champ. so GA can whoop up on their sorry PAC 10 a**es by like 30 points. GO DAWGS SIC'EM

The winner of South Carolina and Tennessee.
Wishful thinking leads me to say Tennessee.
They have already played Florida. No other east team has.
They have South Carolina Vanderbilt and Arkansas at home.
Kentucky away is a little scary but could be a huge game.

Hopefully the Gamecocks!!! They still have a tough schedule, but I think they can beat a down Tennessee team and they did beat Florida 2 years ago and should have last year. The one game they have left in conference that really worries me though is against Arkansas, McFadden tore them up last year, as did his backup Jones. Lot of games left, but hopefully the Gamecocks have enough!

You may as well throw the five contenders names in a hat and pull out a name.
I think South Carolina will wind up winning the division, but it could be anyone.

I say it is up in the air. Anybody can win the division. We just have to see when the dust clears up later on in the season and see who is the last one standing.

ANYONE... I personally am rooting for Arkansas... but until the Hogs are De-Nutt'd.. They don't have a chance.
South Carolina looks to be most promising.
