i was giving 3 month notice on aug.,but im buying a house from private owner,but his living town on dec.ask landlord if he can keep sec.so i can stay extra month,he said icant,his daugther moving in

You have made you move known to this landlord and now you must go,its not fair to him that you did not ask for more time before hand........

The landlord cannot evict you no matter what.
Without a court order
No matter what.
On the other hand he can sue your *** for back rent, damages, legal, attorney and court fees.
It could end costing you a whole lot more than an extra months rent. in fact it may cost you 2 months rent if you stay and do not give him 30 days notice. Or depending on how your lease reads. It may renew for another year or the length of the original lease.
My advice. It would be cheaper to move into a Motel 6!

If you hold over after the termination date, two things can happen. You can be charged double or treble rent for the holdover period. You can also be evicted. Get a hotel room for the extra month; it will be much cheaper in most cases and a LOT less hassle.
