Ah yes, you see in the parallel universe that liberals inhabit Fox News reporting an "intel leak" is not an actual news report...because that would make it difficult for them to make the case that it "wasn't reported", so they conveinently ignore the facts - as usual!

Actually the "intel leak" to which you are referring was leaked five weeks ago, before Osama bin Laden's SECOND video. The video was intercepted by a group called SITE Intelligence, due to intel sources they spent months and hundreds of thousands of dollars setting up. They sent a copy to the White House, who allowed every intelligence gathering service to download the video for their own analysis and comments.
Someone apparently gave a copy of the video to Fox News and, not only did they run the video before al Qaida had officially released their own copy (thereby alerting al Qaida that someone had access to their computer network) they also reported who GOT the video from al Qaida in the first place (Had reporters for CNN done this, they would be under indictment as traitors by now). So now, this extremely valuable intelligence source is forever gone, and do you truly believe a LIBERAL or a DEMOCRAT sent this video to Fox News? Fox was at least obligated to seek permission from the government to broadcast this video, which they obviously did not, because as incompetent as Bush may be, the rest of Washington knows you don't broadcast leaked intelligence on TV, fer Chrissakes.
Yahoo News published a story about the treasonous activities of Fox News just this morning. So far, Fox has not commented (probably calling their masters in Saudi Arabia to see how to respond).
If you read the article Ive linked to,
http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20071009/pl_afp/usattacksintelligenceleak
you will understand better. While Yahoo's news doesn't mention the News outlet which ran the leaked video, the Washington Post clearly states it was shown on Fox News.

Fox should know first hand, they and the presidents administration are the one that compromised the entire operation.
What the hell is with this guy?
First valerie Plume
now SITE
DO THEY HATE THE TROOPS ????
A small private intelligence company that monitors Islamic terrorist groups obtained a new Osama bin Laden video ahead of its official release last month, and around 10 a.m. on Sept. 7, it notified the Bush administration of its secret acquisition. It gave two senior officials access on the condition that the officials not reveal they had it until the al-Qaeda release.
Within 20 minutes, a range of intelligence agencies had begun downloading it from the company's Web site. By midafternoon that day, the video and a transcript of its audio track had been leaked from within the Bush administration to cable television news and broadcast worldwide.
The founder of the company, the SITE Intelligence Group, says this premature disclosure tipped al-Qaeda to a security breach and destroyed a years-long surveillance operation that the company has used to intercept and pass along secret messages, videos and advance warnings of suicide bombings from the terrorist group's communications network.

I don't know why people are trying to defend the Administration's actions here.
The FOUNDER of the company (SITE Intelligence Group) said that this has set them back by YEARS, because now Al Qaeda knows that they've got an 'inside channel' operating to give them previews of his tapes before they are released. The head of SITE basically said his company is almost ruined, and has to start over from scratch.
So, if you were hoping that Al Qaeda would one day accidentally show clues as to Osama's location ... we just lost a BIG chance.
I mean: We had *previews* of the Pre-Release versions of his propoganda tapes. The chances of catching a "blooper" from a Pre-Release version of one of his tapes might've led us right to him. I'm sure that was a main reason for trying to get ahold of Pre-Release tapes from Osama. Seems both logical and obvious that having *secret* access to those tapes could lead to such an eventuality. But the secret is gone now.
Bush ruined that chance. Now the jig's up, and Osama will likely deduce the identity of whoever was helping us, and promptly kill them.
There goes our 'inside connection'. There goes our chance of catching an error on one of Osama's tapes *before* he edits it out ... and using that error to get to him. And why? So Bush could bolster Faux News' credibility (in return for all that analingus they give him), and to help out the GOP.
It is SAD to see the Democrats as the new party to trust with national security. But clearly, they're in the lead.

I just saw it on Fox within the last half hour. They may have reported it yesterday, but I didn't see it then. So, to me, it IS late breaking news.

"intel leak"
Hilarious.
So when the Whitehouse denies anything it must make it true. LOL
(yes, I'm not razzing you, I'm razzing the media and the fact that libs believe that is must be true if the Whitehouse denies it. You can accuse anyone of anything and if they deny it they must be guilty? lol)
