Now lets Fast Forward:

Bill Clinton has oral in the oval office with an intern pretty much ruining her career and everyone says he's a great guy.

That is in the past, I think we need to focus on the future and the problems created by this inept administration.

I'd take Clinton over Bush any day, I care more about competence then what either man does in his private life.

I am so very human and cannot clean up my own personal mistakes enough to criticize anyone else. I do not cheat, but I sin and to God sin is sin no matter which one. I'll work on myself before I spout off about that stuff, for sure.

The Republicans as I recall made quite a fuss about that.
Even as they were carrying on as usual in their own lustful ways. And not just in their hearts either.
But they kept their private lives private.
Now, lets fast forward.
A president has an affair, with an adult consenting woman, and it is endlessly discussed and written about, nothing is allowed to be private, nothing is confined to judicial chambers. Millions of dollars are spent, sleaze abounds, women come out of the woodwork and are believed and celebrated, women who can barely read claim to be reading political magazines and being the only "Paula" in Arkansas, and feared that everyone will recognize her. So she sues Clinton, not the magazine, not the trooper, she sues the President, and he never said anything about her.
What happened to our country is that the Republican party went out of its way to end the polite veil that went over a mans private life and in its determination to end the Clinton presidency took sleaze to a new high, now its coming back to haunt them in the form of Craig, Vitter, and Foley, and thats just this year.

Maybe some have grown up. Some have lust in their hearts. Some get blown in their office. Some like boys etc. And the planet continues to orbit. Yes we would like to think our elected officials would be above the lusts of humans. But they are humans not deities. To tell yourself anything else would be a fairytale.

You must have forgoten the republican looking for gay sex in the public bathroom or the governor who was looking for gay sex at the truck stop. Or the first daughters being asked to leave Venezuela because of their drunkenness.

Yep keep those good old republican family values coming.

They are all lying, dirt bag, hypocrites, why just see one side and turn a blind eye to the other?

i still dont get people that compare sex a means of determining someones qualification for office.

I think that believeing in the bible is for uneducated people, that cant understand that it was NOT written by god, jeasus,or apposloes. It was written by a Roman Empour along with his congress, as a means of ensuring futher taxation. Just look at how many time the bible story has been used by religions that preceed the present church

I remember that. Our country would have been much better off having him screwing women than screwing the working people and our country.

And Republicans are propositioning strangers in bathrooms, hiring prostitutes and abusing young boys. It is a veritable sodom and gemorrah.
