Illegal immigrants get employment while people who are born here are subjected to back ground check(s), It's a disturbing trend and If you have a minor conviction you are bar from employment.

I don't think it is hilarious. I think it is sad. I don't know why it is acceptable either. That is the reason why it seems like it is impossible to crack down on illegal immigration. There is no follow through.

Americans dont like tough job , dont want to get their hands dirty, they want easy work . almost all illegal immigrants can work any task given to them. American employers will also be happy having illegal immigrant workers because the pay is low, and they know illegal immigrants will not complain. but of course this only applies to blue-collar workers ...

Don't mix apples and oranges. If you apply for the same position as that illegal, you'd get hired. If the illegal applies for that position requiring the background check, he wouldn't get hired.
Reality is that too many Americans lack a work ethic. No skills, no experience and they still expect top pay and don't want to get their hands dirty. If they can't make the big bucks, they won't work at all.

Our governor wants in state tuition for illegal immigrants. They have more rights than someone who lives less than 2 hours away and they're not even supposed to be here.

It is disturbing to me.....but having something minor on your record WILL NOT keep anyone from getting a job......my brother is a convicted felon and he has had no problem getting a job.

The kind of jobs illegals get don't require background checks. They are also the kind of jobs locals don't want to have. Don't twist the facts to get your intolerance across.
