hi i want to start burning d.v.d films any one tell me,the best hardwere to use and which is free,and dont cost anythink ,many thx

Not entirely sure you will find any free 'hardware' to do what you are looking for. But a software solution using NERO is available for free if you have NERO. The software is called DVDShrink. That application will take care of most of your burning needs, unless the encryption is set too high then you will have to find another application which is out there that works harder on decryption (hint Encryption is in the title of the software).

best hardware? i'd be surprised if there is ANY free DVD-burners. I never heard any free hardware. Mine cost about $100. There are free CD/DVD burning software though. Anyways, just go to a computer shop and ask for a cheap DVD burner.

I think you mean software, Its not likely you will get a dvdr drive for nowt! I can only tell you to have a look on certain p2p sites, look this up if you arent sure what I mean.
