Yes they have gotten quiet because most of the Yankees fans jumped on the bandwagon 12 years ago when they started winning. These will be the same ones jumping on the wagon of this years WS champion. It's hard to tell who is a real Yankee fan and who is fake.

It is a win or shut-up game as far as some fans are concerned. And when the season is over you will see that the fans of 29 MLB teams are going to be very quiet and the fans of the last one standing will make enough noise for the rest of them. Welcome to the world of major league baseball.

LOL when youre as passionate for your team as the yankee fans are, and after a long tough season to get knocked out of the playoffs, yea you'd expect us to lay low for awhile, it hurts, but hey thats baseball, theres always nxt year..

HA!!! Thats so funny that you say that. It seemed like after the Yankees finally won ONE game they came out of the woodwork saying the Yankees were going to the World Series...blah blah blah...

the difference between Yankee fans to all other fans is that Yankee fans is happy when we won the world series and all other baseball fan happy when Yankee loose. stop complaining about money the organization spend Yankee fans don't complain about it.
