All institutions have rules. Learn to follow rules now and life will be easier. Your jobs will last longer. May I also suggest that you stop texting until you learn to spell correctly. You can't text on a job application, housing loan application, marriage license etc. Someday you may want to fill out an official document, without embarrassment.

I would find out if they have enforced this rule equally for all students on school grounds after 2:30, though I believe schools are public property and people can at least be on the grounds whenever school is not in session. I mean, kids play on school playgrounds all the time. I think he's made up this rule. I would ask to see a copy of the rule book to see where this rule is listed.

The teachers and administrators just want you to go home because they have lives too and aren't paid to wait around and babysit kids and make sure they aren't misbehaving. Not saying you would, but the rule has to apply to everybody to be fair and respected. Often they have work to finish up to prepare for the next day or other obligations outside of school, and kids loitering is an unnecessary distraction and waste of time. Once school is over you should either be there for a good reason like your friend or go home.

Maybe he feels you are a bad influence and you will rub off on your girlfriend. I dont know you, but if an adult suspects a "wild" teen then they just might be right about that.
On the other hand some principles are on a major power trip and they do it because they can. In that case you could sit back and do nothing or complain to the school board about it.

Wow - gees dude - grammar and spelling are your friend!
A school is not yours to "hang out" in - if you're asked to leave then you must leave. Sorry that is just reality. If your business at the school ends at 2:15, and he asks you to be off by 2:30 then you have to abide by.
While I am quite sure there is much more to this story and the history behind it then you are letting us in on the basic reality remains the same. You have no right to be at school after hours unless engaged in an activity. Hanging out with your girlfriend and how smart she is irrelevant to this entire story.
Plus junior one more little thing - your principal and teachers are adults and authority figures. You do not get to "put them in their place". Have your parents neglected basic manners - such as respect?

Unfortunately while you're attending school they pretty much own you. It's really unfair but chances are that unless your family can afford a really good lawyer nothing is really going to come of this... atleast in your favor. If they have some reason to believe that you are causing trouble during this time or doing something that negatively effects the school, its staff, or students then they can use whatever means they need or want to make sure this doesn't happen anymore. Sorry love.

It is not harrassment. You should respect your elders, don't even think of "putting him in his place." You are a kid. You have to do what adults tell you to do. Serves you right to get suspended; you need to think about respecting people and rules. They can absolutely ban you from campus after 2:30. When the bell rings, you go home. You don't get to loiter. Geez, grow up!

Hang out across the street from the school (or a few inches off school grounds) from 2:16-2:44. She can return at the last minute for her practice.

That sounds totally ridiculous and petty of him but to be honest I don't know what you can do about it. If you have a nice guidance counselor at your school maybe talk to them. When I was in high school we had a really young nice guidance counselor and we used to talk to her about any problems like that. To be honest though he is the principal and the top of the school food chain so he can pretty much do whatever he wants, but at the same time hanging out at school after class isn't illegal, maybe ask him if there is a reason you have to be gone by 2:30. Good Luck!

If they have a good reason then they can suspend you, if they tell you to get out of school buy 2:15, then do... you never know, it might be a health and safety procedure.
