Open a 360 blog and do a bit of work on it then link it to some other good blogs if you like. People who have a blog do Q&A a bit less.

Otherwise just keep doing it, eventually the addiction will lessen.

Anyway it's much better than television or other addictions, at least in Q&A you take an active role, you interact with human beings and it doesn't damage your health, on the contrary it relaxes you.

I love it, also! You are not addicted unless you stop preparing supper for your husband, let all the laundry pile up, don't pay any attention to your children, stop going to important meetings, never mix with anyone, and etc. Is this you? If it is, try stopping for a little while each day (like one hour at a time) and do some of those things I was talking about. Your list is probably different from mine. Best Wishes! Grams

errr, perhaps taking up cross-stitch and embroidery at night might help to make you forget. Also an 8 hour shift of tyre fitting during the day should keep your mind occupied.
Good Luck!
For me? I'm off to Q & A's psychology section to discover why I think I'm an oak tree!! Anyone want an acorn?!

It's ok. There is nothing wrong with Q & A's I like it too. If you would like to start spending a little time away from the computer that might help. But I really don't see any problem with Q & A's. It's fun, safe, and helpful!

You could get counselling, but I think I read somewhere that they have opened a branch of Y A Anonymous in your town. I'll see if I can find the No. for you !
