Push ups will give you a solid foundation, but if you really want to bulk up you'll need to hit the weights. Start off with curls and bench presses.
As for the abs, whilst sit ups will tone up the muscles, if you want good defintion, you'll have to burn off the excess blubber with regular cardio combined with a balanced diet. Theres no other way!

No. The only way to get good abs is to refrain from sexual activity for a few years.
