Ok, I've been depressed before so I understand how you're feeling. First of all, you need to try to not let all the things you're worried about weigh down on you. I'm sure that you can get through whatever may be going on in your life. Just take a few breaths and focus on the good in your life. I know it sounds cheesy, but if you can get yourself to realize that you're strong enough to handle what life throws your way, and that there are things that make you happy, that should help. You could also think about things that maybe you used to love to do as a kid and try doing those again, or you could look into some sort of hobby that you've always wanted to try but never really got a chance to get into. I think finding something you enjoy doing will give you a break from all that's going on and give you a chance to focus on something else for a while. I know when I was younger and depressed, spending time with my horse gave me an outlet and made me feel happier for a while. Once that happened, I really focused on trying to carry that feeling with me when I left. Just find something that gives you a respite and it'll make it easier to handle things. You should probably sit down and talk with your husband. I always feel a bit better after I've just let everything out to someone. They don't have to give advice, just listen. I know I don't know you and you don't know me, but I really, really hate that you're suffering. I really hope this helps, let me know?

I believe that there has been a lot of destruction to my mind but I spend most of my days trying to repair the damage that has been done, this takes enough energy to do without wasting the energy being destructive!!

I'd say my temper can be destructive whenever someone stuffs around with me.
