Cesium 132:

Atomic number = number of protons = number of electrons = 55

Atomic mass = # of protons + # of neutrons = 132
so the number of neutrons = 132 - # protons = 132 - 55 = 77

Cesium 135 has 55 protons & 55 electrons, plus 80 neutrons.

Superscript 19 is the nucleon whereas subscript 10 is the proton. To find neutron, u just need to minus the nucleon number and the proton number.. In this case, the neutron is *9* (9 - 10) Isotopes is an atom of the same element where the proton number is the same but the nucleon number is different. C-14 is indicating the nucleon number (number 14) ... and oh yeah; pls note that the number of neutron is the same as the number of electron
