With aries there shows a bravery, enthusiam and warrior like approach to these matters.

Below is a list things that can describe you with this placement if one avenue doesn't fit you than it manifested itself even more so in another way.

For example The Armed Services which falls under the sith house along with your aries penchant for bravery shows that you either are in the armed services or wish to be or at the very least have an interest in being of service even if it's part time as in the coast guard or something. or you or a staunch support of animal rights or your local animal shelter or animal hospital. And of course policeman will also fall into this category. These are ineresting fields of pursuit for you in some way.

You can be a brave organizer also like workin for FEMA or a 911 operator or where you might not be that actual one pulling bodies out from under the rubble etc but with your leadership ability and quick thinking you can organize a group of people to help other people in times of need.

I see a definite pursuit of brave and daring service to help people in distress. If you are not in this type of career than I am sure you are somewhat miserable. You can do your own research and read everything you can about the sixth house and add in your aries symbolism of ambition, bravery, enthusiam, knight in shining in armor, war, fighting, leadership to the mix and you will have a general idea of this placement.

As in north node in aries in the fifth, I haven't really done any research on that aspect, It is such a small tiny aspect in a persons chart that I don't personally give it much notice though other astrologists might. It kind of like having jupiter in your 5th house but to a lesser degree. Just means when you will have a little luck when you use aries bravery and energy when dealing with issues relating to sports, recreation, children etc any 5th house matter. For example you may find being on a softball team somehow opens doors to things that bring you emotional happiness in some way that might not have happened otherwise. perhaps you found your significant other through these activities. I think that is how to interpet that aspect.
