A psychologist needs at least a master's degree and a social worker will find better jobs with a master's degree. This means that you're looking at about 6 years of college for these professions and the field of psychology really demands a PhD or PsyD for professionals - 3+ more years of college.

Cosmetology is a vocational program less than a year long and taught at the community college level or in a private school.

You could get the cosmetology license and use that to help pay your way through college or earn spending money. One nice thing about working as a cosmetologists is that you can very often work a flexible schedule and the pay can be very good.

Cosmetology school tuition varies widely depending on the school. A community college will probably be the least expensive.

That would be an odd combination of professions. Cosmetology is not taught at a university so you would be attending two different schools. Why not get the cosmetology and work for a while and if you still want to attend a four year university you will at least have some money saved or a way to support yourself while you attend classes

Double majoring is suicide. You literally have to devote every waking moment to your school work to be successful. You may be able to major in one, and minor in the other.

When you get to IU your university assigned academic advisor should go over all of this with you.
