You can't connect with a ghost using the Ouija Board. The only thing it does is release evil entities into your home and any misuse will bring horrible tortures and possibly death.
The so called "spirit" is not a ghost but an evil force from the other side that feeds on your engery and takes away your soul. The best way to get rid of it before its too late is to burn the Ouija Board. If you still want to try it then all you have to do is:

My friends and I meet once a week to use the ouija board. Before you get on it say a prayer to God to surround you with the white light and protect you from any evil entities. The other important thing is NEVER ask "is anyone on the board?"cause ANY spitrit can come through, and there are good and bad spirits like people here on earth.I always ask for my Grandmother, I'll say "Grandma are you here?" when the plasic piece moves to "Yes" you must verify it is the spirit you want to contact I always will ask Grandma "What town where you born in to prove it's you?" OR"When is your birhday to prove it is you" . If you know someone that had crossed over ask for the spirit by name only. My Grandmother always answers me right, there were a couple of times it was not her so I got off the board when I asked who is this and never heard of the name. My 2 friends have their realitives come through,if you say a prayer before you use it it can be a great expierience without fear.

As a psychic medium, since I was born--I'd advise you NOT to use the board under any circumstance.
It is the equivalent of a teenager performing heart sugery on a person-They don't know what they are doing!
