I have been told this is very easy to install. I have purchased the OEM sensor with the plug in tip, so no wiring needed. I need to do this to pass an emissions test and update my registration. A step by step guide would be incredibley useful.

1. You will need a special socket with a slot for harness. You can find it at most parts stores for about $20.
2. To access the sensor, you will likely need to unscrew the top mounting bracket of the ac line, and move it off the way. Be careful here - don't bend the line more that absolutely necessary.
3. Using the socket, unscrew the old sensor, lubricate threads on the new one with special heat-resistant grease provided, and screw it in.
4. That's it.

It's pretty basic.

Unplug the wire.
Unscew the old one. (it's going to be VERY tight)
Screw the new one in.
Plug the wire in.
