How to say I LOVE YOU in Frisian?

I'm madly in love with a Frisian man, the only thing is.. I speak NONE OF IT.. I would like to surprise him with a really nice Frisian note..
Any suggestions?

Be on the safe side, and tell him in correct Dutch 'Ik hou van jou'
'J' pronounced as English 'Y'

Ik hou fan dei.

And it's spelled "Friesian."
