Im having some Orange and spice Herb tea and 4 big Ol chocolate chip cookies soft served.. yummy courtesy of our office..lol.

Also Do you think that we really need to eat lunch if we had breakfast? I mean if you work in a office enviornment. I personally take one or the other.. maybe a snack on lunch break but never both..

I had some Chicken and Brocolli. and yes, I agree with you. I only have one or the other. figure you come into work at 9 or so..then around 10:30 you run a get some breakfast (at least that's wat i do)..by the time you finish..it's 11:15 then lunch is at 1..its back to back..so yes, i totally agree with you on that one.

well, it's difficult to know which is which as I'm nights, but technically nothing for breakfast, but sandwiches for lunch.
