Very true. I've had two wives die in the last eight years and the people who came out of the wood work to help were amazing. However after a couple of weeks they all go back to their lives and it gets very lonely...

Yes, I had a nervous breakdown and completely lost touch with reality in a physical setting in which I had no friends, family or any other meaningful emotional connection to anyone else. My long-distance girlfriend and former boss teamed up with my Mom to get me out of that situation, recuperated, and back on my feet with a promotion in a new city, pay raise, and relocation package from my company while I still collected short-term disability payments. All of this happened without my direct knowledge/supervision...so yeah, everyone around me in my life at that moment banded together to keep me from giving up for dead on the side of the road...if that's not people coming into your life to help you...I can't imagine what is...

I believe in reincarnation. I believe there are many we meet that we have known before and are here to either help us or test us. We are here to learn. If we do not grow, we must come back to face the same tests.
Look at the difficult periods of your life. Have you not grown from the experience? Are you not changed?
Have you ever come into someones life and helped them? How did you happen to be there at the right time?

I believe it is true, and have had many people come into my life when I needed them the most. I have met others who have taught me many lessons mostly when I didn't feel I needed anyone. They came into my life out of the clear blue sky. I have met people over the Internet who just wanted to talk about their problems, but their stories and attitudes affected me positively.

My boy friend went to jail not to long ago. And i didnt relize how many friends i had intill that happend. They all came and check up on me brougth me food, beer and laughter. I think some times we for get who are real friends are intll some thing like that happends. Now that he is out i havent seen hardly any of them. But my oldest sister and brother. Go figure, I wonder if this should ever happend again will my so call friends return to help me. For i am always there for them.

True! My family and my boyfriend who is now my husband! My friends are always there even if it is on the phone! I was in car accident hurt and helped through the whole situation! Would leave me for anything! Talk about loving someone unconditional!

yes i believe thats true. Even the bad ones that treat you with disrespect have passed through your life to teach you something.
