Dave got it right! Yeah! I was just watching an Elmo DVD with my daughter and saw Big Bird singing it so that is what made me ask this question...thxs for all the answers though but not to those that were smart azzes.

A long time ago on "Sesame Street" Big Bird did a song with the alphabet pronounced as one word. Find that song and there you will have your answer.

Big Bird (yes, from Sesame Street) used to sing the alphabet. There's no possible way I could translate it here, but i remember the tune perfectly.

I would just abbreviate it just like everyone does to the word miscellaneous (Misc.) I would just say A.Z (sounds like A dot Z).
