If you are from a small town are you happy or do you prefer big cities? Why?

I grew up in Palmer, AK and I hate it!!! I perfer big cities unfortunately joint custody keeps me here.

I'm from a town of 1300, about an hour and a half from Toronto. I prefer it for sure. It's a short drive into Peterborough, which is 75,000 pop. I hate big cities like Toronto. Wouldn't be able to live there.

Yes, I am from a very small town, and we moved back after gettting out of the military. Made the mistake of starting the kids in school here. Now we HATE it, but it's not easy to uproot a whole family.

The town I live near is 350 people. So it is very small. I dislike some parts of it and like the ruralness.

i live in a wicked small town. i want to live in a city soo badly because it seems so much more fun and everything is closer together. and the closest mall isnt an hour away.

I'm from a small city, 4 hrs away from Toronto, and at first I hated it, but now I'm growing to like it. But when you go to the big city, whoa whoa whoa it's like a new world! It's exciting!

It's like a black hole, every time I think I'm getting out it sucks me back in! ~ A town of approx. 5000.
