Assuming that it was *not* my own reflection (because monitors can do that)....
I'd likely ignore the thing, and use *other* computers elsewhere until I can scrounge up a new monitor. Because on the *one hand*....there's no real evidence to suggest that the "face" even sees me, or can do anything *to* me....but on the other, it is creepy, and it does suggest to me that *that* particular piece of equipment might be picking up a bit too much radio interference from an outside source.
What, it happens....really, check the FCC sticker (or your nation's equivalent) on the back of your monitor, most computer monitors are designed to *accept* whatever radio frequency interference comes into it.
So yeah, it would be creepy, but nothing worth freaking out over. I'd be *more scared* of computer-like information showing up or interfering with my TV viewing or telephone calls, since those two can be *watched* more easily....
