I'm looking for a site where i can chat whit anime fans and i did search olmoast everywhere and i cant still find one can someone pleas tell me if you know

If you are looking for a nice forum, try http://www.anime-eden.com/forums/index.php .

They have a wide range of topics, a large userbase, and anywhere from dozens to hundreds of posts per hour.

If instead you are looking for an actual Chat, I suggest getting on IRC. If you just search for a room called "anime" in any server, you will find hundreds of people who are ready to talk about anime.
