My doctor told me that having up to two glasses of something caffeinated a day is okay during pregnancy. Two cups of coffee, two sodas... but make sure to drink plenty of water, as well.

I have cut my caffeine intake way down since about two months into TTC. I typically drink one 8 oz cup of coffee in the morning and might have a glass of green tea in the afternoon that has some caffeine in it but that is all. I drink water, or fruit juice otherwise.

I have a lo-carb Monster energy drink every morning. The rest of the day, I drink water and lots of it. My fertility dr said that was ok and nothing to worry about.
