If Hilary has ideas of what to do now, why didn't they do it when Bill was pres?401K's for everyone?

If it works, then great. But I would have tried everything when they had the 1st chance thinking it may be their only chance. And does this also mean Hilary gets to scrog the help? There will be a big box of cigars on Hilary's desk. Cubans.

Hilary was not the president, Bill was.

Bill was to busy taking care of Monica, that is why he couldn't think straight. Hillary has more opportunity to be focus.
