I think most-football
least-baseball. you really have no teamwork when up to bat.. and in fielding, some, but no whre near as much as an O-line protecting QB, who is lookin for WRs... etc etc

All TEAM sports require TEAMwork but football, hockey and baseball require the most. Even though some answers said baseball does require a ton of team work. For example if you have one amazing player and 8 terrible ones your team will still stink because you can only play one position. Football you definitely need good teamwork because you need at least 5 good players to go anywhere. And in hockey you need to have teamwork, or a player who knows the ice and makes everyone look good.
In soccer and basketball if you have one star it's normally going to work out fine. Soccer have a little more teamwork than basketball since the fields are so big but still there are ball hogs like in basketball who just shoot and never pass.

I have played every sport you listed except for soccer.
If the team you are playing against is equal in talent to your team then all of the sports require the same amount of team work.
Baseball played correctly requires alot of teamwork and a coach that knows the players' strengths and weaknesses.
Bunt, sacrifice for RBI, base hits instead of killing the ball, single, double and triple plays. The ability to read the field as a team throw to a cut off man or to the base closest. Baseball is more complicated than it looks.
Hockey is a mix of soccer and basketball on ice. The skill required in this sport is threefold and requires teamwork that is skilled and practiced frequently. Carry, passing and shooting a puck is much harder than it looks and the players have to be able to see the ice and a play developing. The plays are similar to basketball plays and the defense is similar also. The have man to man or zone defense and they play pick and rolls. Where basketball has illegal picks hockey has interferance. Personal fouls in hockey get you anywhere from 2min to 10min in the penalty box , basketball loss of ball possession to a free throw. Passes are important in both sports. The have full and half court or ice pressure. Hockey has 3 periods basketball 4 quarters. These two games seem the most similar to me.
Soccer is a sport that requires passing, dribbling and shooting the ball and has the least amount of protection for a player.
Football requires probably the most complicated plays and coordination. But teamwork is still equal.
Teamwork by definiton means everyone working together for the good of the team and that would be for more than just a game. Part of teamwork is pushing each other to get better during practice. Pulling back and not working as hard in practice as in games hurts teams. So your question does not have a definitive answer since all are team sports.

I Think it goes (from most required to least):
Football (very hands on contact sport)
Soccer (less contact, but still need others for good plays)
Hockey (Lots of unnecessary contact, and like soccer on ice)
Basketball (ball hogs can still win a game)
Baseball (No contact, if no runners are nearing your base, why pay attention? When in the dugout, what teamwork is needed there?)

The most Teamwork - Hockey. the players play both offense and defense, and it is much faster pace than Soccer, Basketball is real individual driven in the halfcourt game.
Least Teamwork - Baseball. offense is one guy swinging, defense is not that reliant on others, the ball is either hit in your direction and you react, or its not and you just go to a base to wait for a throw

The Most:
Football. A weak player at a single position can totally destroy a team's chances, and no single player can take over a game. Imagine what would happen if one guy on the offensive line missed his block every play.
The Least:
Basketball. On guy can control the offense, drive the lane, and score almost every possession. Just ask Wilt Chamberlain or Michael Jordan.

I dont really think you can compare which has the most and least amount of team work. But if i had to pick one for least it would be baseball. You dont really need help from a team mate when you batting or catching a fly ball. the other 4 are about equal. If your team isnt working in sync with each other you will not win.

the most teamwork? I would say Football, just because of the number of people on the field. Least? Soccer. don't see alot of anything going on there. Pass teh ball to the open person. Pretty much that simple.
