The vicious terrorist attacks that the Palestinians have been making on the Israelis force the Israelis to defend themselves against the Palestinians.
The Palestinians have caused their own problems.
The Palestinians are extremely lucky that the Israelis are so Civilized and restrained in their response to the vicious, vile, evil Palestinian agression that they must deal with on almost a daily basis.
The Palestinians are also dependent upon the Israelis for their basic needs of life, electricity and medical care.
Without the Israelis the Palestinians would starve to death.
The Palestinians are very foolish when they murder innocent Israelis.
Have you ever heard the phrase: "do not bite the hand that feeds you."
The Palestinians are very lucky that they are still alive.
If the Palestinians had tried similar terror attacks against the Iranians or the Syrians, all of the Palestinians would have been killed by the Iranians or the Syrians long ago.
The Palestinians should hope that the Israelis remain civilized and never adopt the standards of the Iranians or the Syrians.

Yes, and like virtually all other crimes committed by Zionists in the last century they have been trying to whitewash it with platitudes like Israel is a democracy with equal rights for all. These platitudes began appearing in the pro-Israel hasbera 10 or 20 years ago, lagging by many years the adoption by the world and in particular by US society of the idea of non-racism and equal rights under the law as a desirable value.
There are at least 20 or so laws in Israel that discriminate against non-Jews, the biggest one being the "right of return." Under Israeli law, any Jew can return and become a citizen, but no non-Jewish Arab, not one who is married to an Israeli, not even one who was born there is allowed. Somehow, the supporters of Israel claim that Palestinians who want to live in the land of their ancestors on land their forefathers owned and be equal citizens in that land are racists for their "refusal" to accept the Jewish state - the state that excludes them specifically because they aren't Jews.
From the start of the Zionist project, its promoters regarded the indigenous inhabitants of Palestine as dirty and less than human. In many cases, the early Zionists deliberately promoted racist ideas and policies, e.g. starting up businesses and hiring only Jews, buying land which under JNF covenants could then only be sold or used by Jews, keeping Jewish communities separate and "clean" of Arabs. I believe that Israel now has a law against discrimination in hiring, but the JNF land covenants are still in place, Israel still discriminates against it's Palestinian citizens in land policy and funding for public services, and discrimination is still widely practiced.
The ethnic cleansing in 1948 of around 3/4 million Palestinians under threat of massacre, the destruction of over 500 villages and the emptying of several cities of their inhabitants were deliberate acts of racism. "Cleaning up" was the term Israeli founding father Ben Gurion used to describe getting rid of the Arabs.

Hon. I could answer this question with one big "Duh!"
But I'll elaborate.
Zionism IS a racist concept, as you are well aware. The notion that some nonexistent entity---called "god" ---gave a certain plot of land to live to on a certain people. It's the same racist ideology that gave birth to the concept of Manifest Destiny: that "god" somehow wished for the white European settlers to slaughter the native people of the Americas and steal their land.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Zionists are being allowed to slaughter the actual indigenous people of Palestine, supported by the right-wing Christian Zionists that dominate the U.S. government.
I'm not sure why anyone would believe that any "god" mandated a certain country to a certain people, but he sure ain't MY god, and I don't think god was ever in the real-estate business.

What about racist ideology adopted by the US/NATO as a reason behind the suffering of the Serbs? I mean, if Serbia was "not allowed" to elect a leader that finally showed some defiance against its enemies-after showing impotence on this matter for a long time-why should Palestinians be allowed to elect war/terror mongers?

Its sad to see some people defend the Israeli occupation. They ignore that fact that the Israelis are occupying other people land. Those people who defend occupation are fooling only themselves and most do not know any better. Occupying other people by force is losing policy in the past and now and has no future.

The palestinians are the most persecuted people on this planet. they have hardly the same calibre of weaponry as the us funded israelis and so they use crude and ineffective ways of trying to protect themselves. they are labelled terrorists cos they don't have the US government backing the murders as do the israelis..... sorry if people don't like it, but its true.

No, the reason is probably the racism of the Palestinians refusing to recognize Israel's right to exist, along with the constant terrorist attacks against Israelis.

The Palestinian "suffering" is caused by the Palestinians not by Israel. You need to do some research and find out the truth behind the Palestinian lie.
