my sister loves the name james for a girl. she actually likes a lot of boy names for girl names like cody, blake and gabriel.
i like both of the names that you have chosen. what you need to do is make a veto system... tell your boyfriend that he gets three vetos only. THEN you have to think of some other HORRIBLE names that nobody in their right mind will like and convince him that you are truly considering them... like "soda anne" and "radio lane" or some crazy stuff like that. THEN the original names you like so much won't seem so bad to him.
and what is ridiculous about the names elizabeth or kaitlyn?

Elizabeth Paige : I like it, sounds fine
Kaitlyn James: not crazy about James as a middle name for a girl especially with such a "girly" first name.
Kaitlyn Sophia is a more feminine choice.

I think all your names are wonderful. My neice is named Sophia Jo-ann. Perhaps if you chose it you could sort of have your boyish middle name and still a first name I assume he liked as well? I always call her Sassy Jo but her parents call her Sophie Jo. Or maybe if you altered it to Kaitlyn Jean?? Or Kaitlyn Jordan. Although Elizabeth Jordan may sound better.......... Or even Elizabeth Jadeyn. lol Yikes am I getting on a long roll? Kaitlyn Michelle doesnt sound bad either. Sophia Kaitlyn. Umm not sure that sounds right? (trying to stick to your chosen names). Katherine Elizabeth has a nice ring to it. Or even Kaitlyn Elizabeth.........
A few more with and without suggested one above......
Creighton Elizabeth, Belinda Nichole, Nichole Lisa, Sydney Leigh, Riley Michelle, Amanda Kaitlyn, Karlissa Michelle, Kaitlyn Trinity, Trinity Elizabeth, Sophia Nichole, Elizabeth Nichole............ Anyway lol Have fun with your baby!
On the michelle, I have a daughter named Nichelle. With an N rather than M.........

I however like the name James being part of a girls name maybe spell it a little more feminine ex. Jaymes.
Sophia was going to be my sons name if he were a girl and be called Sophie
Sophia Rickele (which has the last part of Michele apart of the name)
Katherine Elizabeth I like it spelled with a C though just my personal preference: Catherine.
Paisley Jaymes
Ava Grace
*hope these help!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Elizabeth Paige and like the name Kaitlyn, but how about Kaitlyn Michelle or Kaitlyn Sophia--my favorite of the two is Kaitlyn Sophia (Kaitlyn Katherine doesn't sounds good--Katherine Rose??)
babynames.com has more choices

Elizabeth Paige is a beautiful name, and Elizabeth has so many possible nicknames I can not believe your boyfriend doesn't like ANY of them!!! Does he really not like Elizabeth, Beth, Ellie, Elle, Eliza, Izzy, Betsy, Bess, Libby, OR Liza ??
Katherine is also a wonderful classic name with many nickname options- Kate, Kathy, Kari, Katie, Katia, or Kay.
Kaitlyn is a nice name but it seems to be very popular now, all my son's female friends seem to be Britney, Brittany (any sp.) or Kaitlyn, Caitlin, (any sp.).
Instead of James as a middle name I would suggest Jaime (or Jamie), which I think is super-cute on a girl. But then I don't know if the Bionic Woman has ruined that name for you :-).
Best wishes.

How about Katherine Paige?
Kaitlyn Michelle?
Maybe try spelling James as Jaymes so that it looks a bit more feminine and maybe he would feel better about it that way lol
