i.e....in Silence of the Lambs Jodie Foster's character Clarice finds a head in a jar in an old storage unit. They failed to realize the fake eyelashes were coming off the fake head...and it looked stupid and unrealistic! Does anyone else know any? I'd love to hear some more. ♥

Star Wars has a couple good ones.

In one scene, a bunch of Stormtroopers are walking down a hall and through an arch. The tall one on the right hits his head on the archway so hard it almost knocks his helmet off. Even after several reproductions of the film for Casette, Laser Disc, and DVD, the scene stayed. Finally, in the new Special Editions they addressed the problem by making the "lead" trooper turn and say "See to him."

Also, during the duel between Obi-Wan and Vader, the angle of the shot causes Obi-Wan's lightsaber turn into a stick with a light at the end.

In the movie Pulp Fiction when Vincent and Jules break into the room with guns drawn (after the notorious "Le Royale" scene in the car) a guy jumps out of anopther room with a long barreled revolver and shous "Die MFs ) while emptying the revolver. Hole appear in the wall behind Vincent and Jules.
Only problem is, in some of the previous shots in the scene, the holes are there already. In some, they are not. An obvious continuity problem.

Commando with Arnold Schwarzenegger has to be one of the worst.

The Porsche is all smashed up but when he pushes it over and drives away there is not a scratch on it.
He attacks the island to get his daughter back. When he blows up some of the buildings the guards only fall over halfway (Cardboard cutouts obviously) and when he throws a gernade you can see the springboards that throw the bad guys into the air.

There is also a good one in the original Star Wars movie. After Luke blows up the Death Star he returns for a hero's welcome. Princess Leia runs up to him and calls "Luke!" and he responds "Carrie!" (Carrie Fisher was the actresses real name)

the quickly and the furious. A buddy of mine concept it replaced into only the coolist action action picture he'd seen in a protracted time...i assume this replaced into on the fringe of 9 years in the past. I had no prefer to make certain it, yet I humored him and we sat all the way down to observe it sooner or later... Oh my God, unquestionably between the dumbest movies i've got ever seen. The performing replaced into rather terrible. I advise i don't choose an Oscar-worth overall performance for a low-priced action flic, yet c'mon, Paul Walker and Vin Diesel are a pair of air-heads without enthusiasm and that they weren't convincing as human beings. Secondy, the familiar tale replaced into an entire ripoff of factor ruin, which replaced right into a bad yet relaxing action action picture from 10 years earlier. i think of the action picture replaced into only attempting to aim dumb hipsters of their 20s who think of highway-racing those stupid rice-rockets is cool. I nevertheless can not have faith they have made 4 sequels to this action picture, I refuse to observe any of them.

In the movie Titanic one scene when they are out on the deck of the ship there is an airliner flying in the night sky in the background. Jet airliners did not exist back then.

In "The Point of No Return" (the American remake of La Femme Nikita, starring Bridget Fonda) the guy says her cemetery plot is something like "plot 39, row 12" then a minute later he emphasizes it but states "plot 12, row 39". This drives me nuts!
