Once a month a mom brings a treat of some kind to celebrate the kid's that are having birthdays that month. This month (well today) is my turn to bring treats for about 8-10 kids & I totally forgot. So basically, it will have to be something I could pick up from the store. The only thing I really don't want to bring is Little Debby (Debbie?) snacks....

You could make 'Cornflake Cakes' or 'Rice Crispy Cakes'

You just have to buy some cooking chocolate (or even normal chocolate - doesnt have to be a huge bar, but will need to be bigger than the average 'sweet shop bar' - milk chocolate always goes down well with the kids.
Break it into squares and melt it over a bowl of boiling water (that boiling on the hob) and once all the chocolate is melted you add the Cornflakes/Rice crispies mix them till they are covered in chocolate then spoon the mixture into paper cup cake holders (sorry, the name for them has gone completely out my head but Im sure you know what I mean) then leave it in the fridge to set!!!

Job Done!!!

Fruit is excellent if you have to get it right at the store. If you have just a little time, rice crispie treats are incredibly simple and kids love them.

Oh, darn, grapes were already taken. How 'bout mini marshmellows? The kids love 'em, they don't make a mess and they're easy.

Go with fruit. Try to stay healthy, maybe cheese and pepperoni. Or string cheese.
