It depends on the test. Some have a plus sign, some just have two lines next to each other. I think most often they have two lines next to each other, both of mine were like that. And obviously the digital ones will just say "pregnant" or "not pregnant". It will say in the directions though.

I just took an EPT and the directions said that the circle window will show a cross in it and the small square window with just have a line going up and down, if you are pregnant. If you aren't then the circle window will have a line going across, and the square a line going up and down.

On the tests I've had like that - the circle going side to side, meant not pregnant, and the box window doesn't matter, because it's always going to go up and down, because it's the control window, which when the line shows, it means the test worked properly, so only the TEST window matters..... are you sure it's not a +/- test? because a line like - means negative and a + means positive?....

2 line pregnancy tests - (look like this if positive) l l
not like this (negative result) -- l

No, the box will have a line no matter what...negative is 1 line in the circle, positive is 2 lines in the circle to make a + sign

Typically, on most preg tests if you have 1 line not pregnant. 2 lines pregnant.
But,definitely go by the epy instructions. Go to there website if you need to.

You get two lines if its positive, one if its negative.

Ive never heard of a pregnancy test that uses circles or squares.

+ or - maybe, or two lines, pregnant or not pregnant, or a smiley face, but never squares and circles.

just read the box.
