Out of the 3 undefeated teams, the Colts have had, by far, the toughest schedule. The Pats have had a pretty easy schedule so far, but no one in the league has had an easier schedule than the Cowboys.
Because of the harder schedule, they haven't been able to feast on easy teams and get inflated numbers like the other 2 (especially the Cowboys). You would hear more from the media if they were blowing everyone out, and the media just LOVES Brady and the Cowboys.
I am a Steelers fan, but I have nothing against the Colts. I would rather see them win it all than the Pats or Cowgirls.

Silent Underdogs? No, they are the defending Superbowl champions of the undefeated teams. You don't hear as much about them because they have nothing to prove. They were on top last year, and that has rolled over to this season so far. I am not a Pats, Colts, or Cowboys fan, but out of the three I think Indy is the best team. They don't need to cheat to win, they are always good, and I respect most of their players. The Cowboys are hands down the best team in the NFC though, but I still hate them. No offense Cowboys fans, your team cost my Niners like 4 Superbowls in the '90s. I hate the Cowboys and the Packers for that reason only.

Here's why the Colts seem to be "under the radar" or "quietly 5-0" as many have put it. They're not making any news. When you are favored to win a game and you win it in business-like fashion, that's not news. The Packers getting off to their 4-1 start is news because of the resurgence of Brett Favre. The Cowboys are making news with their start because of Tony Romo coming back and playing great after the botched snap. The Patriots are making news by scoring 34-38 points a game and looking absolutely unbeatable. Plus they have raised Randy Moss from the dead(unhappy). And they have covered the spread in every game even when it was double digits.
Meanwhile, the Colts are just doing what they do and there is nothing spectacular about it. They had close games against their division opponents. And they blew out the rest.

There are only 2 elite teams in the league right now, the colts and the pats.
The cowboys are undefeated, but that can change at any time and theyy will be forgotten, it is going to take more than 5 games in one season for them to be an elite team. And hearing Romo's name even mentioned with Tom Brady or Peyton is ridiculous, and I HATE peyton.
They are proven leaders in this league, Tom Brady has almost as many Super Bowl rings as Romo has wins for goodness sakes.
In the end, maybe the boys make it, maybe they don't, but we all KNOW the colts and pats will be contending. That is what makes those 2 teams elite.

I think that maybe the Patriots will win this sunday. However the Colts have Manning, who in my opinion is the best quarterback by a long way, as i personally think the colts are not a great team, its just Manning. However, even if the Colts do win against the Pats, i could see Colts losing to the Texans as they are playing well, particuarly as the colts will be away. You never know who will win, all it takes is a bad show from Manning, and its gone. I dont want the colts to go undefeated, as the Dolphins are the only team to go perfect (including winning the superbowl) Hoope this helps! Go Miami Dolphins

The Colts have dealt with all the hype before, remember when they started out the season 13-0 only to not win the superbowl? I for one think they will be repeat champs, I just dont feel the need to come on here and throw it around that they are still undefeated, they play in the best divison in the NFL, and they are the defending champions. I prefer to let everyone else talk about their team, we are the defending champions(nobody else can say this right now in the NFL), and as fans and as a team we have never been all that loud or crazy, we are calm and determined just like the coach. Best fans in the league reside in Indy, join the Blue Crew.

Your right about them being underrated. They are probably the best team or second best team in the NFL. But what the Pats and Cowboys are doing makes more news then the Colts. And I'm not sure the Colts will win that game. At the beginning of the season I would have said yes, but now, I don't know. It will be close though. I give the Colts the edge at home though, 28-31.

Not really because they are the defending champs. That why you dont hear as much about them.
I still would take the Colts over the Pats right now if my life was on the line. They just seem to know how to win.

Apparently you are a Colts fan, which colors your view. I'm not, and it seems like all I hear about is how great the Colts are. I guess you are listening to different critics than I am. Ultimately, everyone wants to think of themselves as the underdog. So naturally you will see it this way.

Combining the words Colts and underdogs in the same sentence is hilarious!! "Elite" undefeated teams?? Seriously, how can anyone pose such a question when the teams are in separate divisions and there are 11 weeks remaining in the season? You're joking, right?
