What, yours doesn't come with directions?
I pull it apart.
I believe there is a state statue on the books here in Wisconsin prohibiting vial acts such as biting off the end of a string cheese.

When I eat Mozzarella string cheese, one of the toddler Grand children and I take turns tearing the cheese into strings. Of course he gets most of it, I love to share.
