Ok i just started talking to this girl, my minutes arent free until 7 (sprint) so i try 2 text her. I notice she wouldnt text me back during the day sometimes. I called her and asked what was up and she said she never got them, i look at the text n they all said "text sent" she called later saying she got them later on.

How come that is happening?
She is the only person i had problems with text messaging.

Sometimes it takes messages awhile before they reach the recipient, it seems to happen when you attach a picture or sound to the message or clump up a couple of messages within a short period of time, i've noticed my phone does that sometimes..rarely though, don't know if there's anything you can really do about it. try a different service provider...or heck don't be cheap and just call the chick, then you could listen to her sweet, sweet voice.

Cell phone carrier might be experience a blind spot on the area...Now..Does she have Sprint?? It is usually the location in which she is receiving ..have her check her bars
If text are delay it means that receiver is not a cover area and she will get the text when it becomes available

Ya some phones do that. Me and my boyfriend have that prob alot . i end up gettin upset during the day b/c he's not answering my texts but later on at night, he'l get them all when i'm right there. alot of it has to do with the area that your in. and the service that you have. if you dont have a good signal...or if she doesnt have a good signal...then the connection coudl be REALLY Delayed. it happens alot esp if you two have different carriers.

It Could Be network Lag. I use yahoo Mobile IM and sometimes I cant log in because the SMS network is busy. also if she is on a different network than you she may have lag on her network also which means you have two times as much delay. when the network is busy your message is held untill it can be delivered. that may be why. or a small conflict between networks. if none of these I really don't know.

if she is the only person that your having this problem with it might not be your (phone) problem... it might be hers...

Which carrier is she with? has she reported this problem with other people? is she new to text messaging? the best thing to do is next time your hanging out to text back and forth. if in fact she is not receiving then you need to call her cust service, it could just be a quick fix.

It might be a problem with her phone service, not yours. But you can call your phone company and have them check things on your end if you want. Maybe in the future you should call her instead of texting.
