Tell your partner to be less vigorous with his love-making! Only joking babe. A delicate question but are you slightly or a little overweight? If so you may have an under active thyroid gland. The reason I ask is that I too have night sweats and I was told that I need to quicken my metabolic rate, in other words do more exercise. If you are neither of the above may I suggest a visit to your doctor just to give you peace of mind.

You could check with your GP may be something simple like you have an infection somewhere, or a thyroid problem my mate had night sweats badly and this was the cause. Or like me you could be at the start of an early menopause I started with night sweats on and off when I was 26 and have been told that although "medically" early family history wise I am on target for this and my Doc describes it as an "early menopause". Great fun being a woman !!! Whatever it is can be treated.

I sweat at night. no longer each and all of the time the two. in specific situations a splash and in specific situations a lot it is going to wake me up and could replace my shirt. I asked my surgeon approximately it and he pronounced its difficulty-unfastened for adult males to sweat at night ( I did specify sweating no longer from being warm). He pronounced its from the state your muscle mass pass into from once you sleep. He pronounced another **** that it could have been, yet I dont keep in mind. Its norm.

You are probably just getting too hot, but night sweats, especially if they persist can indicate something more serious. The best advice is see your doctor if this continues. Above all don't fret, just keep an eye on the situation.

Infection - such as flu
Menopause

You should see your doctor if it continues. He can do some blood tests to find out what it might be.

if it is around "that time of the month" it can be caused by hormonal changes at this time......but it might be a good thing to mention to your doc just to err on the side of caution....the next time you are to see the doc!!
