I have no idea what its called and really what it's about, but I remember it's about these two best friends and they have like their own language. Something like that, sorry I know its not much but if anyone can help me that would be amazing.

What comes to mind is Nell with Jodie Foster. However it wasn't her best friend she had a language with, but rather her dead twin. The language was due to their mother suffering a stroke, them living secluded lives and not interacting with anyone other than the mother's slurred speech.
