Put a heating pad on them, dip them in warm water in the tub, wear socks and shoes, massage them to get the blood flowing. I also have cold extremities.

By keeping your core temperature regulated, your limbs should stay warm as well. If your vital organs are colder than usual, blood in the limbs goes to your vital organs, in order to keep them warm and protected. Wearing warmer clothes, such as sweaters etc ... will most likely help. If that brings no relief, a visit to your family doctor should be taken. Wishin' you luck ... :)

The most I can manage is a 6-pack...
Bring 'em over anyway...I'm good at warming feet! I have places where they warm up really fast!

maybe you're diabetic. That's a symptom you know.
I would put a heating pad or soak them in hot water.
