I have an Epson cx6400. Recently, I loaded new ink cartridges. It took a little bit of jiggling the printer to make it accept the re-used cartridges, but the printer ink level window shows that they are now full 100%. My printer does not print. The nozzle check prints a blank sheet and I have run the head cleaner. I have also turned the printer off and on.

What do you mean re-used cartridges?
Did you fill Epson cartridges or buy new Epsons?
It's important.
I have an Epson CX5000 sitting on my cupboard right now because I loaded generics, which the printer would not accept. I bought Epsons, and it now won't take them.

You should contact Epson help and support if you used Epson cartridges and your printer is under warranty. You will have to call for an authorization to return and they will send a new one.

I would say the print head is blocked. There are some pretty radical ways to unblock print heads. I found guidance on the web, tried it and it worked for me. You have to inject a cleaning fluid (isopropanol) into an old cartridge, insert it into the printer, then go through the nozzle cleaning cycle over and over (maybe 20-30 times) and eventually it will work.
If you do this and it doesn't work then it's time for a new printer!
