my harley stays at 0mph whenever im driving and im not sure what to mess with to trigger it to start going again................hint,,,when i turn the nob to the right for ignition the speedometer will move a little from 0 and then back down....

Speedo cable broken? maybe fuse? connection to tranny ok/connection under tank ok?
last thing take cable off check it! are both ends complete...if you don't know take it shop...cable is easy to replace, spedo it silf ok/ the little finger doesn't move when out of bike ? OK? maybe if its loose floppy back and fort maybe its broken?

Like ScooterTrash said, maybe clean the sensor, but first, check that the speedometer is hook up to the sensor, hadn't came loose.

Pull the speed sensor and clean the debris off the sensor.
