Give it a couple of weeks and you will start feeling movements higher and higher. It's possible your baby likes hanging out in a breech position - with his legs at the lower portion of your uterus. I can tell when mine flips around because I start feeling the kicks a little above my belly button, but I also feel them lower when he's head-up. If you really pay attention you may even be able to feel a squirmy feeling when the baby changes positions!

Don't worry about your size. If your doctor had found a problem he or she would have already said so. The baby's growth slows down a bit between weeks 18 and 22, and it's not unusual to look the same week after week at this point. Your baby will gain most of his or her body weight in the third trimester, which is when your belly will really start to pop. Just remember that the size of the belly doesn't have much to do with what's inside...pregnant women carry all different ways, and no two look exactly alike.

Best of luck and congrats on your little one!

It's normal. I didn't show with my first until about 22 weeks. I could tell earlier but no one else could. Have you been going to your doctor appointments? Your doctor will let you know if something is wrong. The kicks are always lower in this stage because that's where the baby is. As you grow and the uterus expands you'll get more kicks and movement higher.

No matter where that little guy/girl is kicking is fine, just as long as she/he is kicking; activity is a sign of a healthy child. I wouldn't be so worried about the way that you look. Everyone does handle pregnancies different and in fact every pregnancy is different from one another. You may have another child someday down the road and look completely different than you had before. Just as long as the doctors say you are gaining enough everything should be just fine.

girl you need not to frake out you are in your first stage .if you are small then you wont get big that fast .your baby will begin to kick you in the lower part of your abdomen but as you get further down the line he or she will begin to move around more.so don't freak out you are fine and so is you baby.
another thing you should get right stay health and get some sleep because you will need it after you have your baby

you are fine, you probably won't be showing much for awhile. You are just anxious. The movement too is normal. Your uterus is only up to your belly button at 20 weeks so you shouldn't feel the movement any higher.
