Maybe you have received emails from him...he starts out by asking your age...then if your parents are home. If he knows you are an adult he will ask you why you are not in Iraq fighting..lol

No he cannot! No way,No how. A pedophile???

I just read and watched a prosecuting attorney in Texas. The last ones arrested were let go and the others maybe face the same as Texas is saying the offense has to be witnessed by a policeman before they can be arrested.

OH the FAIRNESS of Justice.

So it means about 250 pedophiles maybe set free to do it again.

Yes. Depends on the offense, and how long it's been (and age at the time). Felony, no. Misdemeanor, possibly. I would contact the specific agency you are considering for their policy.
