nicely i understand you asked for application, yet I chart on stable ol' replica paper. I copied the chart from Toni Weschler's e book and that's what i exploit. I save them in a binder and locate it greater straightforward to study that way.

I really like mymonthlycycle.com but alot of women also use fertilityfriend. Personally I think mymonthlycycle is more user friendly.

better than a website......go get a book called "taking Charge of your fertiltiy" by Toni Weschler! It will help you get rid of all the conception and cycle myths! It worked for me!

my wife is planning to use fertility friend once we decide to have another child. Its highly recommended by many woman
