Generally speaking, the computer, itself, is the simplest hardware tester! More most attached devices/peripherals, it will check whether they "exist", at the very least. If it or some attached device or peripheral doesn't work, then you know something is wrong!

No single program can test all hardware, much less everything that might be wrong with them. If your computer doesn't have a problem, and you're just being curious, then forget about it ("If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"). If your computer has a problem, you would have been better served asking about that particular problem.

I'm sorry I can't answer your question, but I would like to say be very wary of downloading anything from the Internet, especially if it offers to scan your computer for you. I've been caught like that a long time ago and the result was chaos!

Edit: If you do download anything, scan it with your anti virus program before installing it, just to be safe. Never run anything direct from a download.
