Chelios 45 yrs, 8 months, 14 days
Hasek 42 yrs, 8 months, 10 days
Roberts 41 yrs, 4 months, 16 days
Note: Recchi won't be 40 until February 2008

None, actually. Ed Belfour and Curtis Joseph are the only other players in their 40s, and neither have officially retired from the NHL but aren't signed with any NHL team (Belfour is in Europe).
Peter Bondra hasn't officially retired yet either, but would be turning 40 on 2/7/08. He previously played for Chicago.
Teppo Numminen of Buffalo (7/3/68), Glen Wesley of Carolina (10/2/68), Brendan Shanahan of the NY Rangers (1/23/69), Tim Taylor of Tampa Bay (2/6/69), Luke Richardson of Ottawa (3/26/69), and Mathieu Schneider of Anaheim (6/12/69) are the next currently active players to hit 40.
Mike Modano just turned 37.
