Two ideas...
1. You may be pregnant with a different gender baby than your first
2. Since every pregnancy is different, your symtoms may "kick in" later. With my daughter I started to get really tired and nausiated around 10 weeks, and it lasted for two months, and I started getting bad headaches around week 14 that lasted a month. With my son, no headaches, nausiated around week 8 and lasted for four months. I knew one woman who had all boys. The first four pregancies she was sick the entire time, and the last one, nothing at all.
Good luck!

Feeling tired 6. Needing to wee frequently 7. Darker nipples 8. Food cravings and altered sense of smell 9. A missed period 10. The proof: a positive home pregnancy test

Every pregnancy is different. Just because you had pregnancy signs/symptoms for the first pregnancy doesn't necessarily mean this pregnancy will be the same. I'm sure you are fine. At this stage in the game, you cannot prevent a miscarriage - either it will happen or it won't. Focusing and dwelling on the possibility will make you miserable.
As my dh likes to say - "just because you don't throw up after a roller coaster doesn't mean you missed out on the whole experience!"

You dont have to feel shitty to be pregnant. Plenty of women have wonderful pleasant pregnancies.
Loss or absence of symptoms is not a sign of miscarriage. Your body adapts to the change in hormones, and that causes your symptoms to stop. It doesnt mean you have no pregnancy hormones.
You're fine. Spontaneous loss of pregnancy this early on cannot be stopped, or avoided in most cases. In ALL but just a very few instances the loss is caused by the ovums failure to form, not your body's inability to grow a baby.
Chill out momma.

It may freak you out a little if you have not symptoms, bu tlike you said all pregnancies are different. To put your mind at ease, go to your doctor and ask him to do a Sonogram. If you indeed have a bloodless miscarriage then he world know and take the next step. If you are still pregnant then he will know that too. Good Luck

Yes it would still be lingering. I doubt you miscarried. Remember every pregnancy is different just as every child is different. I wouldn't worry. Give it some time, you will be feeling "pregnant" in no time!!!

Dont think too much and get yourself a check up. It is perfectly normla not to have any symptoms. When I got pregnant in my first trimester, I did not face any morning sickness, I was more energetic than ever and did not have any pains. So just relax and Congratulations.
