Not the cup. I see one maybe two rounds in the playoffs. Maybe next year the cup will be feasible. For GMGM's sake I hope they get to the playoffs. If not I see ol George McPhee being let go by Leonsis. But thus far they are ROCK solid and I hope the injury bug does not bite them.

In my opinion I have too say "No" this year. The question asks "Who think that Washington Capitals has a chance to win Stanley Cup" If that's the question, Sure The Washington Capitals have a chance just like the other teams in the N.H.L.

I believe they're a better bet to win than say Colombus or Boston. They have some pretty good teams to get by to win and I'm still not convinced that they have the horses to do it.

Not this year, but if they get Semin and Ovechkin signed to long term deals and Backstrom turns out to be the real deal I can see it happening in the next 3 years.

So far they are looking great. But, long season to go.
I see them making a playoff run this year, but next year I think they will make a very serious run for the Cup.
