cook...

I am a good cook.
At least, that's what I assume when people go back for seconds, thirds, and ask to bring a plate home...

I'm a surprisingly good cook. I hope to one day open several restaurants. I've already written a menu for my first one.

I've never had a complaint and I'm always trying out new recipes, if no-one likes it then I don't prepare it anymore, but I do like camping and cooking out-doors right on a pit-grill stem cooking veggies and adding steak strips to the veggies while they simmer, is very whole-some and good, try it out sometime. Steam cooking Hawaiian veggies with chicken strips and add Pineapple juice to tenderize the chicken and flavor the veggies, add asparagus to the veggie mix and portabella mushroom also, try it you will love it the seasoning is -, garlic-salt lemon pepper, and steak seasoning, just sprinkle it over any veggies u use, remember to wash and cut off the bottoms of the asparagus add to the pot and then wash and add slices portabella mushrooms, chicken slices are next then, add a 1/2 cup of pine-apple juice to the pot no water and put it on the grill to steam, It takes about 25 minuets to cook up check on the tenderness of the chicken and the asparagus, when almost done add your favorite butter, about a teaspoon, no potatoes, it draws away from the taste.

Then you are a good cook. People wouldn't come back all those times just because they were being polite. They sure wouldn't take any home either.

I used to be a good cook before I was put on a low cholesterol diet. Nothing I do makes that stuff taste good. I love to bake and I can't eat anything like that anymore.

I suck at cooking. I would like to be better. I know how to follow recipes. I enjoy cooking. But I think I am the one who likes the food the most...I am not all that picky, my husband is though.

So over all ......average I guess...?

I can cook food well, but I know only that I know nothing. Cooking is far beyond what I thought it was when I started studying it.
