Babson always ranks high on any list, in this particular field. But in general, I usually rely on the US News rankings for this field, and they list the top programs as including:

Babson
Stanford*
Harvard*
U Penn*
MIT*
Indiana U Bloomington
U S California
UC Berkeley*
U MIchigan Ann Arbor*
U Texas Austin

I've starred the programs that are at the top 10 or so MBA schools in the US, across all disciplines, not just entrepreneurship.

All of the top rated programs are good places to go for this. The fact is that you would do better to go to a top rated MBA program tha tis not known for entrepreneurial programs than to go to an unrated program that is known for it.

Other than the programs ranked in the top 15, a couple schools to consider would be Maryland (rated in the 20s) and Babson (rated between 30-40).

He will have to check with the college. What else, it will look good on his resume for his long working-experience.
